Am i missing something, only have 2.34 gb of internal memory?

Hey guys got rezound last nite and luv it but am confused by memory. As far as I can tell I only have 2.34 gb of internal memory and then 10.48 gb of memory availableon as card. I thought rezound had 16 gb of internal memory as well as 16 gb sd card, only 10 gb of sd memory available makes sense but what's up why is only 2.34 gb of internal memory avaible? Is everyoneelse showing only 2gb internal mem,or is it just me?

You're looking at "Internal Storage."
The SD card storage is represented at the top, followed by Phone Storage, followed by internal.
If memory serves me correctly, SD Card and Phone are what's available to you, Internal Storage is what's available for the actual phone itself.

When I go into sd/phone storage in settings I see 14 gb of 14 gb, then under phone there is 10.48gb and internal 2.34 but then when I use file managger or WiFi file explorer mnt/sdcard is the 10.48 gb of phone, there doesn'tseem anyway for me to access the 14 gb of micro sd, in WiFi explorer it has ext: 10.48 gb int:2.34 gb, the 14 gb doesn't show up. I realize I'm prob being stupid but can't figure it out?

Ok, there are two SD cards, an internal and an external. It seems like you know that so I'm not trying to insult your intelligence. The internal can't be removed however it is possible that the external is either loose/not seated/missing. Take your battery cover off and have a look. If it's there then pull it out, put it back in. If it's still not recognized, try another card. If that works, then go back to Verizon and get a new 16GB card

Yeah you should have 3 different sections, the first one is SD card which is 14gb of 14gb on mine. Then below that is Phone storage which mine says 10.48gb total and 10.10gb available. Then Internal storage says available 1.8gb of space.

if you use a file manager, the access to the sd is by going to the file named ext_sd. that's where you access the removable SD info
