Am I the only one surprised that hasn't been another GB leak?

I believe there has only been one GB leak for the thunderbolt. It was a while ago and definitely has its share of bugs. Kudos to the ROM developers for make the best out of the leak, but I'm pretty surprised there hasn't been another newer and more polished GB leak yet. Makes me think that we won't be seeing an official Gingerbread update in August either. :(

If we are rooted, which should be most that will read this thread in the ROM forum, why would any of us care??? Personally, I don't... I'm rocking a great Gingerbread ROM... and have looked at a number of other Gingerbread ROMs.

I'm happy!!! :D

Chingy just released a new version of gingeritis that has a "new gingerbread base." So maybe something is floating out there.

Correct me if I'm mistaken, but I believe BAMF 3.0 is running off the official 'Shooter' EVO 3D Gingerbread build, which is much more stable than the first GB leak. I'm not sure if everyone other than CM7 has the same or not. So yeah until the devs get their hands on the official release there will be bugs. Hopefully it will be a smooth transition, because I would hate to see all the work done so far having to be done all over again.

I almost forgot about Chingy's ROMS! I'm going to try that out as soon as I can. ;)

I am surprised, and yes it does matter to me that we have not seen another leak. As great as the GB leak was, the best parts were the sense 3.0 ports that were added. Other than that, there are some buges that are present in the TB GB software.

um, maybe because a custom ROM off the official rom for your device is always more stable than a rom ported over from another device? just an obvious guess to to me.
