Droid Charge on sale for 4 days until the 21st.....hmmm.....

If you're getting at the idea that they are trying to clear inventory for the GNex I think you are barking up the wrong tree. This (probably) wont be seen as a direct replacement for the Charge. The forthcoming Samsung Illusion (Or Viper or whatever it finally ends up being named) will.

the illusion is a 3g phone so that wouldn't be a replacement for the charge. Remember those leaked shots from best buy awhile back showing the nexus replacing the charge, hence why verizon passed on the sgs2.

They were talkng about the Nexus replacing it in it's spot on the wall, just as Vigor (Rezound) is replacing Thunderbolt on the wall in most stores. Taking it's spot on the wall is not the same as being a replacement device in the store inventory as there are many devices in inventory either not on the wall or in some corner off to the side not under the big DROID sign.

Your point is taken about the Illusion however. Charge may have some lifey left yet until the next TouchWiz phone comes out.
