Andriod Nougat: S7 video errors

[AC Question]

Ever since the update, Ive tried numerous times to watch a video on facebook, youtube, instagram, netflix etc...
There is always a message that says that it cant play the video.
I have reset app preferences and videos started working after awhile but now it wont stay that way. Any solutions?
