Yeah it's weird but not worried I have the pixel 8 pro coming in a day or 2
Same here. My 8pro is arriving tomorrow or thur, I guess that's one way to get Android 14.... get a new phone since my phone doesn't want to update...lol

*Edit*
Just checked the developers OTA page, and there is already carrier specific OTA's avail for the 8 series. I wonder if TMO will let my 8 pro update when I get it later in the week.

We see when it arrives

Yep, same.
There's this discussion on the TMo forum, as well (as far as I can tell, a significant portion of these in the discussion have un-branded-not-carrier devices): https://community.t-mobile.com/android-9/android-14-ota-missing-53624
We had the same deal for either the 12/22 or 1/23 update, and in that case we never got the release (short of the same SIM workaround, which is kind of kludgy, IMO).
I have a couple of old ATT SIMs, which I suppose is the path here, although I figure they can only block so long on this one, given that it's a major version rev.

add me to the list...Google Store Pixel 7, TMo...no Android 14. Which, if that's the worst thing that happens to me this week I'm doing ok.

But it is funny how when we KNOW something is out there but we CAN'T have it, it makes us want it even more
I'm fine with waiting, but if they would at least communicate what the issue is, that would go a long way. Instead we get radio silence, and just have to speculate on why again, the check for update button is now rendered useless.....

I agree

Yeah, I'm okay with waiting, too, as long as we get some sort of communication about the issue(s). This "we're just going to block for anyone with TMo, and treat it as if it's business-as-usual" stuff is a pretty poor way to do things, IMHO.

Communication? From Google? That's a good one!
