Android auto will not load on my note 8

[Android Central Question]

I download the app from play store. I hit on app when finished it says something went wrong app isn’t working now. I’m having a new stereo installed tomorrow. Won’t be any good without android auto? Help?

Uninstall it. Restart. Run play and install it again. (I'm not saying that will fix it, but that's the first step to try.)
