Automation Tools for ROM Developers

If you are not a ROM Developer this thread does not apply to you!

Notice to all ROM Developers! This marks the fifth release of the Android Automation Tools for ROM Developers, version 1.0e!

There is a read-me included in the download, but I will explain how this is to be used in your ROMs.

1) Included in the ZIP file are several script files, to be installed in /system/bin. Do not rename, move or modify these scripts!
2) All you have to do is include these scripts in your ROM and voila! Your ROM is now compatible with OSCC 2.0 and above!

Will include in next ThundeROM release. Great idea.

For those who don't know what's going on, this will make the ROM's compatible with future features of the Optimus control center. Meaning you could click a button in the control center and the phone would return the appropriate action.
Example: Remove Sprint zone, remove sprint ID, unroot my phone ... all with the click of a button.

Precisely! Using the Automation Tools with any ROM can produce some funny results too! I'm currently using ThundeROM -- UNROOTED!!!

A better idea would be an unrooted CM7 ROM with working Sprint ID. That would be enough to confuse any Sprint tech.
