Here is my entry to the pillars contest.
I took this photo with my Galaxy S6 and all tweaks were made in the Aviary Android app.
(I wasn't able to upload with the AC app, so I emailed myself the image and uploaded through the AC website)

My submission is entitled "Pillars of Liberty." Taken with a Nexus 5, no edits as I liked the early morning sunlight and shadows in the composition.

This was taken on Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015 during a trip to NYC. The first trip for my daughter to the city and these types of locations. We went to the crown, enjoyed the park, met a Park Ranger from my hometown and we got a lot of extra information during that discussion. We completed the junior ranger activities, learning and earning the NPS stamp and ranger certificate.

These are my daughters on some natural pillars from the Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. I touched it up a little with snapseed but the colors in the front range don't need much help. Phone used was the LG G3.

IMG_20151029_095523.jpg this is taken while I am on vacation in the Grand Caymen, with my lgg4. I did alittle edit with snapseed with the hdr. As wee can see here it's not the size of the pillar that matters...but it is at the fore front and holds the rest of the picture nicely..

Little chances for me... but I love to participate. :D

This is my entry.IMG_20151030_143754-02.jpg

This is the main train station at Buenavista, Federal District, México. I was about to take the train and then I remembered about the contest. :D

Taken with a Moto G(1rst gen), HDR enabled, a very shaky hand and on a hurry cause train was about to leave... Tweaked with Snapseed because camera sucks very much on dark conditions...

Ruins of California Mission San Juan Capistrano, also known as "The Great Stone Church" (which was mostly destroyed by an earthquake in 1812). Shot with my Moto X 2013 and auto-fixed with Pixlr.

I recently went on a trip to Rome with my school, and got to see a ton of amazing things.

This photo is of St Peter's Square in the Vatican.

Taken with a HTC One M7, brushed up with Google Photos

I went to Bayside Marketing in Miami for boat sightseeing from last weekend. I decided want to join this contest. I shot one awesome Hercules statue from Mary Brickell Village from South Miami! I went there at night. It was worth it. I shot this with Samsung Galaxy S6 (just got this smartphone two weeks ago on Sunday.) Editor done by Pixlr app (had to downsized due too large upload file to this forum.) At first, it was done by Snapseed due too bright those lights and had to mid tone down then added filter from Pixlr app. Auto HDR.
