J is for Jelly Roll

Jelly Roll...that way you get an oblique nod to Van Morrison as well :)

(although he seems to have meant it as a nod to Ferdinand "Jelly Roll" Morton, early jazz piano great.)

V - Vanilla (i know Vanilla is what we usually called stock but they might actually use it down the line)

Nougat is good, forgot about that.

Maybe snickerdoodles instead of smores

I'd say avoid having flavors (orange for O, P for pineapple) because its kind of like cheating...
I *never* want to have to tell someone at the bar that I just installed the new "Snickerdoodles" version of Android.
 
J - something about java would be good, but Oracle will probably have something to say about that.
K - maybe Kir (or Kheer depending on how you want to spell it) which is a rice pudding common to Indian cuisine.
L - lemondrop
M - Meringue

That's all I care to guess now.
