Android Pie

First time I'm eager to try a new version of Android only to find that after upgrading to Android Pie I cannot connect to my home wifi (hidden network). Does anybody else have this issue? I enter the credentials and it doesn't seem to even attempt to connect. Meanwhile visible networks appear. Note I did not have this issue on Oreo...

So I can't stand that the volume up and down buttons does the media volume, not the ringer volume. If I am not using media, it should change the ringer. Any way to fix this without having to go all the way into the volume settings?

Unfortunately no. They changed how the settings work now.

I see if I do set a ringer volume, I can mute it when needed, then unmute and it's back to my normal volume. That will have to do.

Yep that is what I do. Keep ringer at some volume and just toggle between vibrate when at work and then ringer once home.

My feelings as well. I've ran every beta and always gone back to O Stable. Everything works, no goofy gestures and the recent apps menu is better and doesn't look like my wife's stupid iphone recent apps menu (its a straight up rip off and not better IMHO)

I hit the UPDATE button several minutes ago, and mine is just sitting there ... doin' nuthin'. So here I sit ... staring back at it just sitting there. Come on, Phone! I want PIE!

I thought this was supposed to be fixed now. Because we have pixels we should be able to just tap the update button and it should be there. I still don't have it

It will definitely have to grow on me .. The clock ... app switcher .. the colors ...

Are we supposed to leave the beta after receiving the final update? Someone told we will have to sign again when the new one will be announced but I've just checked and my device is still in .

You don't have to leave but if you leave now you don't have to worry about rolling back in case it doesn't end till after 9.1

You can always enroll later.
