Android Wi-Fi Grayed Out (can't connect to internet)

Hello.

I am having trouble with my wi-fi using my Dell Venue 8 Android tablet. Since last night, the Wi-Fi icon on the top right is grayed out and it won't let me go online. The icon should be white (or blue). I use many apps that require internet connection. I tried restarting the tablet, pressing the WPS button on my router, and using Airplane mode to get my wi-fi to get working again and nothing has worked. I don't know why this happened. I did not touch anything that I didn't need to touch.

On my chrome browser, I get the following message:

You are offline

Wi-fi and mobile data are turned off. The page can be loaded once you connect to a network.
Error code: ERR_INTERNET_DISCONNECTED

Here is my current Wi-Fi status:
Home-0000
Status
Signal strenght - Excelellent
Security WPA/WPA2 PSK

What do I do? I thought it was an internet connect, but my desktop PC works fine. Also, I have another tablet and its connection is fine as well. Do I reset my entire tablet (unistalling all my apps, etc) or resubmit my Wi-Fi connection? Thanks.

On the top right of my tablet, the clock, and the other icons are white instead of blue. Is that an error? I had Go Launcher Kitkat theme installed a few months ago.

My bluetooth is in the same situation. I looked though Google and I still can't find an answer. My router works fine yet won't recognize the wi-fi in my tablet. Also, my battery is not the problem as I had charged the tablet with no problem. Help!

I recently tried the nuclear "Reset Factory" option, but that didn't seem to work.

The Automatic setup (WPS) isn't helpful either. It says "WPS failed. Please try again in a few minutes." . My router is connected properly and my desktop and other tablet work properly in regards to the internet.

Is my tablet corrupted?

Never mind. I solved my problem. I had to reinstall my router to get my Wi-Fi to work again. Everything is good now.

I have purchased a new ASUS zenfone 2 smart phone. When I try to connect to Internet through wifi I am unable to connect and get message err_internet_disconnected , sometimes it it automatcaly hooks to Internet. Kindly suggest m e how to resolve this issue
