Annoying changes to volume rocker after Jelly Bean

Has anyone noticed the changed to the way the volume rocker works after the update? What I've noticed is that you can no longer depress the volume down button until the phone goes to vibrate. It turns the ringer volume down, but never goes to vibrate.

Also, when watching a video the volume rocker no longer controls the media volume. Any workarounds? Those two changes are terribly annoying to me.

Okay...now the turning the ring Duran to vibrate works...that's odd.

Still no media volume though.

The vibrate and media volume working fine for me after jb.
