Sorry, but it ain't gonna happen. I am getting the Feds involved.

I hate to say it, but the Feds won't do anything - it doesn't meet their investigative criteria. They may tell you they will look into it, but the reality is they have bigger and better things to do - the monetary loss that you incurred isn't enough for them to get involved, but it sucks ass that you were burned. Hopefully you get your cash back in some fashion.

I agree. Providing the means to deal, and then turning a blind eye when a large issue arises and leave it up to the members to handle it is lazy at best. Other sites do more for the members in the marketplace. I understand caveat emptor, but the firm stance that they don't get involved is pathetic.

Admins and Mods on NASIOC would have pulled enough info that every address that showed up would have led to 3-4 members showing up at every residence. lol
