yeah he writes for DL but likes to take credit for others work/finds. Something I have noticed lately out of his recent articles that "break" when it was already reported on like the day prior.

Is this showing up on one of these "CeleBrite" machines really all that important?!? I couldn't have told you before today what one was, but saw that someone mentioned it's what the stores use to "transfer your info from one phone to another". I thought whatever it was the stores used to do that was really only for "feature" phones and that it wasn't really necessary (actually wouldn't even work) for smartphones, right?!? I've had to have several smartphones replaced over the past 3 years and I've never had to take it into a store to have anything done....my info (contacts) are stored online (hotmail account currently), any apps that I would have installed would be tracked in the online market, ready to be installed on the new device when I would get it set up, and any photos and other files I might have I would put on a SD card.....what would you possibly need the store to move over for you with one of these machines?? Really just curious since I thought it was something for "older" tech/non-smartphones.

just a guess, but those of us coming late to the Android party would probably benefit from the use of these when we finally get away from using feature phones, as we don't have the same options as you cool kids with your cutting edge phones

...it seems like this whole CelleBrite appearance means diddly-squat. And he pretty much contradicts himself with "by no means does this mean we're 1 or 2 weeks away" followed by " I'd say we're closer than we have ever been"...especially considering he just got done saying that the D3 wasn't released until a couple of months after it showed up in CelleBrite! What a useless buffoon that Kellex seems to be.

Kellex is playing the release date speculation both ways, so no matter what happens he can come out and yell, "See! I told you I was right!"

Dl is taking a beating over this. They should just chill out until something more concrete comes along but they are getting sucked into jumping on anything that moves.

Trying to be "the first" to break news is going to be their downfall. People only can tolerate so many updates to the original news story before they start doubting everything you print and tire of you.

A lot of the readers there are already starting to turn on him...if he doesn't play his cards right he will find himself in an even worse situation.

Then again if he breaks something big all will be forgotten and he will be everyone's hero again

Well I talked to my friend who is a store manager at a corp vzw store. They had a conference call, but there was no mention of the Bionic which supports a later release...

I think he's joking because Kellex is now talking about how the Photon is basically the Bionic (something I've been saying for a month or 2) plus the whole pentile debacle.
