Any app that does what twin sim card does?

Just got a new phone but I'd like to be able to use my old one as well. Is there a third-party app that functions the way my Galaxy tablet was able to receive phone calls on both it and the galaxy s10 as long as it was connected to wifi?

For both phones I mean, I don't need to be able to get calls on the tablet. It would be nice avoiding having to pay for a Twin sim card. Since I'll mainly be using it in the mornings anyways.

I've tried searching myself but all I find are just apps that clone the phone to transfer apps and such, which I'm all done with. Nothing when it comes to getting calls on both.
