Any DL30 Modded Roms?

Does anyone know of any undervolting Roms for DL30 FroYo? If anyone knows, please show me some links.
Right now I have:

Firmware Version:
2.2.1 <----Hecks yes.
Baseband Version:
S:i500.04 V.DJ05
Kernel Version:
2.6.32.9
Build Number:
SCH-I500.DL30

So read those numbers (and whatnot that I'm still trying to learn), and suggest some cool stuff.

But for future references, how exactly do I flash kernels?

I'm still somewhat of a newbie. I know how to flash some things but I'm not exactly sure what I'm really doing. I just follow instructions. Still getting familiar with terminology.

Pretty much the same as a ROM, but you don't need to wipe your data. If you're doing it in ROM Manager, it takes care of it all. If you get a zip file for the kernel, you just install it manually in CWM Recovery.

So I just download the Kernel, put it on my SD card, Download ROM manager, and just find it in there?

You could do it that way using the "install ROM from SD card" option in ROM manager, or boot into CWM Recovery, select install zip from sd card, and do it there. Same thing really.
