Anybody else still not have Lollipop on the Wifi-Only version?

Downloaded 5.02 on my Nexus 7 2012 wifi edition.
Works great, but I had no real issues with 5.0, either.

I received 5.02 on my system after I did a factory reset. After download I did ran another factory reset to make sure it would run ok. Everything runs great, its faster and more smooth than KitKat. 2012 wifi

Got mine today as well. Other than taking longer to boot up, all appears good. Scrolling is good, all the apps I tested are fine, no sign of lag. Whew!

Just got the OTA 5.0.2 download for my 2012 N7.
Proceeding to install.

The second Nexus 7 2012 in my household FINALLY got an update (5.0.2) from Kit Kat. Finally...

Update: It was very laggy after updating (unlike the other updated N7 in my household), almost unusable. Restarted many times and waited a few days, but still laggy. Read that wiping the cache didn't help some people, so I decided to factory reset. Right after, it was running quick and smooth (still is even after several days).

As of last night, neither mine or my wife's 2012 N7 had received the update.

As it turns out, when I got home from work this day, my tablet was waiting to be updated.

Did the update, but right away it seemed to be pretty slugish. I shut the tablet down, charged it overnight (the battery was pretty low) and in the morning turned it back on. So far it seems to be running good. No real lag or anything bad to report. Still playing around with it before I update my wife's N7.

Hoping I have a similar experience after I wipe my cache. It was pretty large. Not quite 5.0 bad (I sideloaded then went back to 4.4.4) but apps like play music were nearly unusable.

OTA update to 5.0.2 from 4.4.4 finally came in. Did a factory re-set immediately following the update. The process actually went faster and smoother than my Nexus 5 Lollipop update and reset, although my homescreens did not auto restore completely like they did on my Nexus 5. After an hour ( and a couple of reboots plus app cache clean) everything is running smoothly including the dreaded Facebook app.

One thing missing though is the Trusted Places option under Smart Unlock. :-(
EDIT: The Trusted Places option appeared in Settings after a couple of days. Weird.

UPDATE: After being initially very laggy, performance is speeding up again after 2 days. I have re-booted a few times and leave the tablet plugged into AC overnight to make sure FSTRIM can run every day.
