Why feel bad? I think it's great. Instead of people sticking with one brand no matter what they're playing the field and finding out the most important thing... Which one works for them

Yup. After the pain and eternity spent trying to exchange the defective S8+ with them ultimately returning it on me I just told them to give me a G6 instead.

That's part of my reasoning. The G6 was and is so stable and smooth. The S8 and Plus were both riddled with issues I couldn't get over, especially considering the extra premium they want for it.

The G6 is selling well as I predicted. Nice phone and would be at the top of my list if it weren't for the V20.

yeah... I got one for my wife this week and so far I am pretty impressed with it. While it might look super fancy, I was never a fan of the curved screens... both on the S7 Edge, Note 7 and S8 they seemed to be all style and no substance. I was quite pleased to see that LG went back to basics with the G6 design. Flat panel display - REALLY flat, not that mostly flat thing that some phones like the regulat S7 -, so silly design stupidity like the modular debacle on the G5, etc. The 18:9 ratio is a little bit wonky... but livable.
And at least they let you shrink the display scaling... Does the head of design at LG have vision issues?
About the only issue I've run into is that damn wide angle camera! The field of view is so massive that it sees the sides of the cutouts on the case she has for it.

LG Korea will launch the app in June and by Sept there would be a world wide release.
