I knew Samsung's Unpacked event was going to be focused on the S3, but I was really disappointed with zero new info regarding the Note 10.1

At least a scrap. Maybe a season release period like "Coming Summer/Fall/etc. 2012/2013/2099" Anything!

Oh well. Back to the waiting room.

I am. I had hoped for something during the Unpacked event. I wonder if they would give any info at CTIA next week. This is the tablet that I'm waiting for.

Here is a preview of the quad-core version. He says in another video that it is a beta unit:

The Note 10.1 is on both the Adorama and BH Photo websites. A BH CSR gave me a late August in stock date for the 32GB version.

It sucks that there has been a big fat zero in terms of news regarding the note 10.1 recently. I don't understand why they don't just give a release date. I really want to get one of these, but at this point I feel like I should just get something. My tablet got stolen earlier this summer (from my office of all places) and I need one for school in the fall. I was REALLY REALLY hoping the note would be the thing, but right now it looks like it might have to be something else.

My situation exactly, minus the stolen tablet. I'm sorry to hear that. But I need/want the Note 10.1 for school, but school starts in 3 weeks and there's been zero info on the Note that makes me think it will be available. I want something where I can download eTextbooks instead of the paper versions. Also the note taking advantages on this device would be picture perfect for college.
