I've been having the same issue outlined in this thread since day 1.
https://us.community.samsung.com/t5...y-Watch4-has-a-real-annoying-bug/td-p/1972614
Essentially a blue music note appears and bounces at the 6 position.
When I tap it, it says the Kindle is playing on my phone... even when it's not, not even opened on my phone, and maybe hasn't been for days.
Nor can you clear it from the phone, not even by killing recent apps.
My Kindle has notifications blocked also anyway.
Sometimes rebooting the watch works, sometimes after several reboots, sometimes it doesn't work at all.
Sometimes changing watch faces... after several changes works.
I'd read something about "ongoing notifications" but there is no such item in phone settings, WearOS watch settings, nor watch settings.
Then I'd read that "ongoing notifications" is under "Looking for something else?"
Well... it's not. There is no "ongoing notifications" anywhere on the phone or watch.
It's honestly getting so annoying that I'm getting ready to return the Watch 4 and by a different WearOS watch.
Anyone else experiencing this?
If so, have you found a fix?
Thanks.
