I have been running SC2.9.2 and the latest radio/nv kernel for a few weeks now. This morning, my phone keeps switching the radio off... I can switch it back on by deactivating airplane mode and it will work for a bit and then switch off again.

Anyone else noticing this? Is verizon saying GTFO to pre-release users?

i would first flash the modem again. if that doesnt work flash a different kernel.

Im debating the work involved in keeping my current hacked setup in place, vs just heading for the official ED01 promised land... It just seems odd that my phone would start acting up bad, on this of all mornings.

My data has been hit or miss as well this morning with SC 2.9.2 but it's not the rom. VZW can't mess up a rom that you are running remotely.

I'm guessing it's a stress of VZW system since everyone is upgrading to Froyo?

I'm running SC 2.9.1 and similar issue here. Started about a week ago. Unfortunately, I have to reboot - turning airplane mode off does nothing for me.

Did you figure out the cause or solution? My only thought so far is that it's related to the the horrible cell signal strength I have where I work. Ironically, it used to be an airplane hanger. Hmmm...

At this point, I'm holding out for a stable version of SC with ED01, but willing to try a quick fix.

SC has been retired. Community ROM is the replacement.
