Anyone else having Verizon's Message+ freeze up on their Pixel 2 XL?

It's happening at least twice a day. I have to stop app, or if I wait long enough I'll get a message asking if I want to Close, or Wait. I'm having to switch between Message+ and Stock Android Messages depending on which features are needed.

I have version 6.6.4 and it seems to be working fine. No issues with Glympse, SMS or MMS.

I have version 6.6.3 on my 2XL since November 2017 and have had no issues.

What version of Message+ are you on?

No problems with Verizon Message+ happening to me. It's a real nice app.

I was using it previously awhile back on my P2 but it started getting a little jerky and lagging sometimes so I switched to Textra. I've always liked Message+ , but Textra rocks in it's own way.

Same here. I got my 2 XL in November and wanted to keep using Message+, but it kept stopping, so I'd only get messages when I opened it. I started using Android Messages but wasn't crazy about its lack of features compared to Message+. I ended up trying Textra, and I really like it. I'll possibly switch back to Android Messages if Verizon ever supports RCS, assuming Textra doesn't add support for it. Hopefully, it will.

I’m on version 6.6.4 and mine has been freezing up for the last several days never had any issues before then. Hope it’s just a temporary thing.
