That's weird. They definitely said 30days. Wth? Oh well at least I had money to order from B&H. I have yet to receive any shipping info. They must over night it.

Anyone else order a Z3C from Sony USA site?

Ditto, and I ordered on the 30th (based on the false expectation of shipping yesterday). But hey, if it actually goes out this week I'll be happy. Estimated ship dates for new purchases were saying 11/17 earlier today. The magnetic charging cable and case I ordered should be here before the end of the week too.
But to those folks ordering from B&H because of not being charged sales tax: do you not have use taxes in your states? Where I am you must pay the equivalent to sales tax as use taxes. So in my case it is a matter of paying it via Sony (or whoever) now, or directly to the state later.

Okay, so if you are not paying sales tax at the time of purchase, aren't you later liable for use tax? I don't know of a state that has a sales tax but doesn't have a parallel use tax for purchases made out of state. But of course I could be wrong.

Just got an email from B&H stating my item has shipped!! Ordered about 3 hours ago. Man if I would have known this, I would have never messed with Sony direct! Props to the poster suggesting this place.

Yes it's D5803. The US version would be the same model # but made with US firmware. Same phone but things like lte being in the status bar instead of 4g. American voices on talk back services ect. If the US charger is in the box, why would it be anything other than a US version knowing this variant is indeed available in the US this go around? B&H had the same "PRE ORDER" text attached to this item as the Sony site. If its anything other than US version, it would have been available months ago. I think you're wrong. At least I hope. Lol

We meant the same thing about the US charger. Mine came with the European style charger with a US adapter. I hope I'm wrong as well. There's probably very small changes in the build version that optimizes the antenna usage for US frequencies. I get no service in my house sometimes whereas my S5 and iPhone 4 both have great service. We'll see when someone gets their hands on one.
The voice assistance on my phone have American accents. I think that's determined when you select your language when first setting up the phone.

Hmm. I didn't have an option for US when setting up my European version. Just "English UK".
