Okay so i just received an update for my GS7 Edge on AT&T and am wondering what all was included in the update. It was only 48.08MB and all it said was that it supports security improvements. i now have May patch level and build G935AUCS2APE1. Does anyone know if any other improvements were added, or where i might find a change log?

I don't know, but my S7 on AT&T is now downloading an update, as well. I'll have to report back with what the actual software version is after it finishes.

Looks like the May Security update. Wondering if there are any additional treats as there have been in the other US carriers releases.

Same updated just installed for me. Looks like a May security patch. Build Number MMB29M.G935AUCS1APE1.
Last update on AT&T website shows an April update with a APD1. No mention of what this is??

Yea so it's been a few hours since i installed update and nothing noticable. Maybe just the May update, but still pretty awesome that AT&T is actually releasing updates relatively fast.

I still think it's BS that you HAVE to be connected to wifi for the update. I have a 25GB plan. This is 2016.

I'm in the same boat as you. You can get someone with at&t to let you borrow their sim card and pop it in and it will update. Or you can go to best buy with the Samsung experience shop and they will do it. Neither is really an option for me tho

I have AT&T and I'm still waiting on the update, every time I check for updates, it says my phone is up to date. I only have the April security patch. I guess I'll keep checking.

So you're against giving me the OPTION of not having to use wifi to download an update? I don't even use the wifi at my home. No need for it. Maybe if I was on a poverty 2GB data plan or something...
