Anyone Getting "Smart Stay" To Work As Advertised?

Though not a big deal it would be nice for the screen to remain lit when I'm reading something online or in a forum. Even though I have it enabled, the screen will time out after 30 seconds as I have it programmed in the settings menu. Is there something I'm overlooking with this Smart Stay feature?
