Anyone going from a larger screen to this???

Last year I had the Desire Eye - 5.2" - great phone but I dumped AT&T.
I took a shot with the LG V10 when it came out. That 5.7" was just to big for me.
I ended up with my current LG G4 - 5.5", which I think is the perfect size for me.

I already ordered my HTC10 but I am curious what your thoughts are as far as stepping back in size??

I'm moving from an iPhone 6S Plus which is 5.5" to this at 5.2".

I'm going from Nexus 6 P. I wish that the 10 was 5.5 inch. They should have gone the Apple route and made 2 sizes.

Coming from Note 5, Nexus6p, and Iphone 6plus to the HTC 10 yes I am a phonejunkie I do not think I will have a problem with it kinda looking forward to it. I will most likely sell off the others keeping the nexus 6p and HTC 10 until the Note 6 comes out this way I will have a big phone and a normal size phone.

I have a S6 Edge Plus and I love the screen size so I'm thinking going this small would disappoint the hell out of me !?!?

Exactly. I also have the 6p, and haven't used any phone with smaller display size than 5.5 in past 2 years. A bit on the fence about the screen size. Other than that I'm loving the 10 more and more

I don't see how you guys do it. I'm a really tall guy and the M8 (which is the same size as the 10) is already a little clunky to carry around in jeans. I think it's odd to watch my friends awkwardly carry around 5.5"+ phones.
For women, it's no big thing to have a big phone in a purse but for guys it seems it it would be uncomfortable, especially with the trends shifting away from baggy pants in favor of more fitted clothing.
I definitely don't want anything larger than the 10.

My concern as well. I have not had anything as small as 5.2 in a long time. I will have to see one and play with it before even considering buying it.

I have the SGS7e which is a slightly bigger screen than the HTC 10. I am not that concerned about the screen size difference. I will say though, that the SGS7e is a nice size overall and fits into my front pocket no problem at all, and I am a short arse Of course, that's without a case. With a case it would be an issue putting in my front pocket.

Obviously haven't had the SGS7e for long and prior to that I was using the HTC One M8 for two years which has a slightly smaller screen than the HTC 10. Think I will be good with the screen size of the HTC 10.

We wanted a bigger screen phone also and have had every HTC since the EVO 4G. I love sense and HTC but someone at my work had the S6 Edge Plus and it made me want a bigger screen. I used to think the Note was way to big. But when I read about the HTC M10 and than Samsung did the S7/S7 Edge having a bigger screen and battery I decided time for a change. Our M9 camera wasn't good we were tired of our M9 and should of stayed with our M8. We went with the 7 Edge and it's the best phone we ever had. But I still love HTC and Sense and I have always when people asked what phone I have or recommend I would always say we love HTC it's my favorite but Samasung is also good just because I love Android. This phone does sound like it's going to be great. If it had a 5.5 screen I may have waited. I also love the 3600 battery on the Edge. But this phone really looks nice too.

I'm contemplating the same exact move, only I find the Nexus 6 to be a bit big. I liked the size of my Xperia Z3 I had a while back though.

I might pick up Nexus to use for 15 days at best buy since I don't lose anything returning it. I do worry that I might get used to the screen size and then not like the HTC

I'm probably gonna go with the HTC 10 coming from a G4 and with the capacitive buttons it has more real estate, so it may not seem too much smaller

I'm coming indirectly from a Note 4. I say indirectly because I sold the note about a month ago and bought a HTC A9 to see how I liked a smaller screen in anticipation of the new M10. 5.2" will be perfectly fine for me. The note was too big in my pocket and HTC has Samsung beat on updates. Can't wait for my 10!

Same here. I have an M8 and find it is the perfect size. Anything bigger would be like trying to jam a tablet in your pocket.
