Did all this and I am getting an error message:
insufficient secure element privileges for this system image (release-keys)
I got mine working fine. I dont have an unsupported device error and it works at any pay pass
I did but must've missed a step and ruined my secure element. Anywho I went and just got back with a new phone. I was having constant wifi issues anyways so wa-lah they gave me a new one.
Yes thats exactly what happened. So after I get the newest version installed I need to make sure I reset Google Wallet EVERY TIME? What is the 100% accurate way to do this so I don't bork my secure element on the new phone?? Thanks PJnc284!
My only problem now, is that there aren't enough places in D to use this thing, when i was in Chicago they were everywhere even on parking meters....

yeah, aside from BP, McDonald's, and CVS there's not much else to chose from.

This is weird. I did everything to a "T" and created a backup when I was stock. I went through and changed the build prop and flashed the wallet package and then opened and get the same error message as my last phone? I never even installed it or anything on this device yet...went to recovery now and restored my last backup...can I try it again or what?
Does anyone out there want to please help me out getting wallet to work? I'm rooted stock and have root explorer ready just need help with editing the files not to keen on this. Thanks all
