Anyone have any suggestions how I can get my hands on an Evo?

I went in my local best buy last week on my lunch break to kill some time and asked the mobile guys about the Evo, they had one white one. So I bought it and I'm loving this phone. They said they have had them pretty frequently. It is a new Best Buy in Easton,PA.
I saw what I believe is a new commercial for the EVO last night, it was on the Animal Planet channel late at night. It was about the EVO and 4G Firsts. Now I see Sprint has a new page for the EVO with 4G Firsts.
Hopefully something is going to happen soon. We have a $300.00 downpayment for three EVO's at a noncorporate Sprint store. Waiting for one for each family member.
I would hope that the advertising on the TV indicates something is coming soon.

Well no email from Art Yet....Just called in to get my order number thanks Donna for that Direct # to orders support. I was able to finally get an order # and see that its being processed. Also my upgrade eligibility disappear this morning so we making lil progress i guess lol. No tracking # tho 
Dont worry Iterrian i ordered mine last monday. Still no tracking number just checked. LOL. Donna i believe ordered same day as me, still no tracking number. It will come.

So ramit, you KNOW i wan gonna... I just called and they are expecting shipment "this week" blah blah blah.... Its like they never really wanna answer your question WITH A STRAIGHTFORWARD ANSWER.... But we're only on business day 6
You know what, i wanted straight answers so i pushed the chat rep a little and got the following information

Donna just sent Art an email asking if he can find out any info for us and thanking him for the orders since we have heard sprint is not taking orders. We will se what happens.

oh and the reason we never get a straight anwser out of them is lack of conmuction between departments. One never talks to they other. Its safer that way. LOL Warehouse never lets cust. reps know what they got in stock. Would never have any at that point. HAHAHAHA

Well from all the nagging phone calls I have made today I have found the following things....

They are expecting inventory this week
Everybody who ordered through Art will get thier phone first order come in first order served basis, because they fill all the backorders first.
We should be thanking our lucky stars that we we even got our orders in, because it is a FACT that even alot of STORES are having a hard time getting inventory.
Once we recieve them, this will be the greatest story of triumph over a phone ever told....

Yes I called Sprint Once, Chatted Online Once, and Called Art Once (like i said my billing clycle restarts this Thursday so Im getting antsy)
Art answered, we had a long talk... apprently it is out of anybodys hand, and in the hands of the warehouse....
Apparently however, Art says that he knows of store who havent gotten inventory in over a week.... so more are due this week, and should be on thier way.
As for me, he says technically this is only Business day 5 (because the date that the order was proccessed doesn't count)
Who wants to take bets... orders r getting shipped out on the very last day of thier 5-7 day window lol.
