Anyone order from Samsung directly?

Same here, the Cancel Preorder button is gone.

As long as it comes next week I'll be happy. If we get our phones a week or more after launch, then I'll be upset. I switched my preorder from Best Buy because of all the stories of them not fulfilling preorders in a timely manner.

Yea with the note 7 heard some bad stories. I wish Amazon directly sold the same versions of these phones instead of having to buy from the carriers or best buy. I'd be all over that even if they charged a bit more for them too in order to get timely shipping and great customer service if I have to return it.

They stated on their website get early and be the first to get before anyone can get from stores. As long as they deliver on 20th like they mention on their website it'll still hold true.

I saw this in a few articles but don't remember seeing it on their site. Either way Samsung needs to loosen up on the release times.

Still nothing new on my end. Hopefully when I wake up before work tomorrow I see something. Luckily I'm only part time and will be home by 3.

Wow, that's BS then! Unless I recall the original release date was April 28th. Either way Samsung needs to release these phones and stop doing this at launch.

It doesn't serve any purpose to not ship them if there is already stock.

If you wanted it early you should have ordered from tmobile. I think it's a little crazy people getting upset that they don't get a phone prior to a set release date. I find it strange. I don't remember seeing that on Samsung when I ordered it. My life won't change if I get the phone tomorrow or two weeks from now. I'm excited about the phone but not worth getting upset over. I'd be pissed if I was one of these manufacturers at tmobile for always shipping these phones out so early.

I remember rumours of a 28th release but thought since launch they announced it as 21st.

Except now it really doesnt matter who you order from since you will only get it a day or two at most before launch now. LG allows it to ship early.

I ordered one from Samsung and one from T-Mobile. It is yet to be seen if T-Mobile ships early.

Again, DIRECTLY from Samsung's site when I placed a pre-order on April 1:

The language when pre-ordering directly from Samsung said it would be received by April 20th.

"Premium Care, low monthly payments, and delivery by 4/20. Exclusive when you order Samsung Galaxy S8 on Samsung.com or Shop Samsung App."

"Pre-order by 12:00pm EDT on 4/17/17 to get the Galaxy S8+ on 4/20/17"

Never saw Samsung US website say anywhere that they will ship 8 days early. They have been saying delivering on 4/20. I would be upset if they miss that.

Not sure in other countries but at least in US they never said 8 days early, they said be the first ones to receive before people can buy in stores.

agreed, no where did i read 8 days early. would love it early, but as long as i get it by the 20th i am ok
