I've been using the Google keyboard but it's been playing up a bit with some annoying autocorrects so I just switched over to the Samsung keyboard. It's actually quite good! The key press animations lag (just like swiftkey) so I've switched them off (at least you can) but otherwise I'm enjoying it and actually quite impressed. Who else is using it?

Sticking with SwiftKey mainly because I've spent 3 years teaching it how to properly predict for me. Plus all my words carry over to different devices and new phones.

I do agree though that the Samsung keyboard nowadays is pretty well designed.

I would use it if the keys were bigger. I end up pressing letters I don't mean to press. SwiftKey became glitchy the day Microsoft bought it. So, it's Google keyboard for me.

I am using the Samsung keyboard because Google wasn't bringing up my corrections. I like the Sammy keyboard but may still switch back to Google after I figure out what is wrong with it.

I've been getting some strange corrections on the Google keyboard lately. Not sure why but it was enough to to push me to try something else again.

Strange how people rate swiftkey so highly. The key press lag is so bad I simply can't use it as it makes me feel like I'm using a low end phone not a premium device! Each to their own I guess.

You could try out Chrooma keyboard which is similar to Google keyboard and has a lot of customization.

I've tried the Google and Samsung keyboards and always come back to SwiftKey. It just does things better.

The one thing Google Keyboard does better is the transition from full keyboard to compact/one hand use type.

I use the Samsung keyboard. This is the first Samsung it hasn't been terrible on for me

To those that answered swiftkey, does the data leak bother you?

SwiftKey was great in all other phones I've used, but there is a serious lag with s7e. Even after the updates claiming performance improvements I'm having issues. Oddly enough, the SwiftKey neural network version is working much better.

Coming from a BlackBerry with a vkb that was awesome I was really worried about transitioning to another keyboard. Started with the Samsung keyboard then tried the others briefly. I have been really happy with the Samsung keyboard and don't miss my BlackBerry at all.

I'm using SwiftKey beta and have no lag at all.

The beta version is just as laggy for me. I put Swiftkey on every now and again to try and see what everyone like about it and then one text message with the key pop ups lagging away is enough for me to uninstall it! The settings menu even has micro lag so I can see it is a poor app as soon as it's installed and that puts me off
