Anyone switching back to iPhone?

I've switched to the moto x. Indeed a refreshing experience. Still on the ipad though.

You'll get the ios itch again soon though 😉

Use to be an ios user and have tried to go back to an iPhone but I don't like how the OS works in general compared to Android even with ios 7 changes. Never going back.

I don't want to say I "love" my new G2, lest I sound like everyone else...but I will say I truly appreciate what it offers and it makes me glad I switched back to Android.

After watching the WWDC today, probably not. Everything they presented was similar to Android.
I love apple stuff but I have to admit it was underwhelming.

If they make a 6in screened iPhone I might try it out!

Nope is my answer. I just switched platforms 3 weeks ago. I do still use my iPad. I surf and read books on it and plan to stilk use it to type notes if I attend a workshop or something for work. I didn't morph into an iOS hater or anything, but for my phone, I can do so much more. Had iPhones since first day and all. I don't miss the App store as I see plenty on the Play Store but I am being more mindful and not buying left and right either. I was able to upgrade a year ago and bypassed iPhone 5 and then when the 5S came out, it still didn't offer what I saw as any huge difference other than faster speed. fingerprint scanner is fine but not why I'd upgrade so it just was time for me to jump to Android. I wanted a bigger screen, more customizability, and expandable memory. I opted personally for the Note 3 for the stylus too. I handwrite a lot of notes to myself and the S pen right there in a holder is perfect. On my iPhone i used my finger and a stylus but would have to fish for it and the S Pen is more precise.

How do you like that G Flex...I'm thinking about taking my G2 and G Pro back and getting a G Flex and Note 3 instead.

I switched back about a month ago. I didn't want to initially because I was falling in love with my Note 3. But I was having iMessage issues and other than changing my number (which I refuse to do) I had to go back to iOS. I have always liked iOS, so it wasn't a big deal to me. But it's the principle of it that I was forced to go back that I didn't like. And now, I have made a decision to stay. Not because I think that it is better, but I have been adamant about sticking with one platform in the last year. So I have been trying to set up my ecosystem so that I could be fully engrossed on one platform. But Apple posed a snag. So I have had to go back. I just caught up with transferring all of my services over to the iOS and iTunes platform. Now that I'm done, I'm done.

I understand that. There's a lot to like about both platforms. I switched to iOS all-in back in January and plan to stay for the foreseeable future. On Sunday I sold all the iOS devices (a 64GB 5s, 32GB 5s, 32GB Air LTE, and 32GB Retina mini). Wasn't planned...just happened. ...the itch snuck up on me. I went with a G2 and a G Pro...but may select different toys w/in the 14-day return period. I missed a lot of things about Android that I was in denial about and will prolly end up feeling the same way about iOS.

There is a lot to like about Android. And I really enjoyed Google services. What I really love about Google products is the price. The fact that I can get a Moto G, Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, and an Acer C720 Chromebook, plus accessories for the price of a 16 GB iPhone 5S is astounding to me. I really liked my Note 3. I really, really liked it. It was painful giving it up. Especially when I found out that it supports a 128 GB micro SD card.

I'm thinking I may settle on Note 3 and an S5. Way more expensive than the G2 and G Pro...even unjustifiably so, but I think that's the direction I'm headed, who knows? I love all the choices with Android. If Apple brings it with this rumored larger iPhone that's gonna bring me a delimma.

Honestly... I cannot say if I'll switch back.

I have been an iPhone user since day one... With a couple of attempts at using Android... First time it took two months, second time three weeks before I switched back to iOS.

This time though, I switched to Note 3... Almost two months ago, and honestly, the thing is everything I want.

In regards to the future, only time will tell... If Apple create a large-screen device, then I'll be tempted... However, at that time I imagine Note 4 will be announced... I just can't say right now.

One thing though... the iOS8 does look nice... It's getting closer to what I want.

If I could decide myself, then I would like to see a device with about 6" screen, with the build quality of iPhone, running Android.

A guy can always dream, right? :D

LG is listening and monitoring our dreams. Their products appear to be proof of this.

After nearly 4 years with an iPhone, last month I switched to Samsung Galaxy S5. I am so glad, make that, thrilled to be on Android. I am now free of the Apple shackles and feel like the sky is the limit to what I can do on Android. Before my iPhone days, I had Windows phone. I had Microsoft Office on that thing. I did nothing but complain about the limitations of Apple the whole time I had the iPhone.

I will have to admit that Apple's Facetime, Photostream and iMessage worked smooth as silk as long as everyone involved is on the Apple bandwagon.

I am like everyone here. I love my Note 3 but may consider going back to the iPhone when the iPhone 6 comes out. Especially for the 5.5" screen. (I won't go back to the iPhone if it's only the 4.7" screen)

I do love the Note 3 and the Android OS, but makes it hard when my wife and most of my family are still on iOS. I do miss the simplicity of FaceTime and other iOS features 😣

The Note 3 is the best phone ive ever had so far. I dont plan on going back to an iPhone.

I will agree that my Note 3 is the best phone I've had. This S5 is great too. I love having both. I have 4 lines so it would be logical to put an iPhone 6 on one of them. I'll just have to see if its worth full price when the time comes.
