You are putting the information in wrong. YOU have to type the whole command if you want it to work...
Type keyboard -bmt

Hello everyone, I have a miner issue that I hope someone can assist me with, I am currently using the Apex 1.3.1 with the Nexolution Theme but I noticed on a few menus the letters and text is all white which makes selecting options a bit hard, the most important menu is the option menu under the stock web browser, when I click the option menu button the list is simply all white but if I can predict correctly I can select the option I need. Has anyone else noticed this and maybe have a fix because I love the theme and the rom but I really would like to be able to use this menu.

Thank You for any assistance that can be given..

The fix would be in the framework of the theme. When putting these things together sometimes a box will show as black and a app or something will have black tex. Only way to fix is replace that box with another color. When doing that it will replace all other boxes using that image. They are found in system framework framework-res res drawable-hdpi. That folder has over 700 images that makeup most buttons. Also the sliders and notification bar items. You will need to figure what one it is causing the issue and change the color. Just remember if you fix that one it may look bad in another area.

Can I safely uninstall madden and need for speed on apex if I don't use them? Will it let me uninstall madden if I try?

i uninstalled madden through root explorer. since it is just a game, it wont hurt your device in any way. same for NFS

I'm on root explorer now found the .apk for nfs, but not for madden.

Where do I find it?

Anybody try this ADW EX Launcher yet? On Apex that is. You think Fab will add it to the next Apex? APEX 1.3.2?

i doubt he would add it to the rom, because its a paid app. id imagine the dev would be none too happy about that. and no, i havent tried ex yet on apex, though i would imagine it works fine (havent had time to switch yet)

I'm using it, seems ok for the moment. Since I just got it today it will take a few days for it to be tweaked and set up. I don't think there would be a way to add ADW EX since it's closed source, not open source like the standard ADW is.

Just use Titanium, it works without issues.

Using it without issues, just uninstalled ADW Launcher in rom by Typing in su and then the next line "launcher" and it will prompt you.

Gingerbread keyboard

Has anyone figured out how to make the Gingerbread keyboard look normal on this rom? Don't it look like it's shrunken down a bit compared to the other keyboards?

I messed with the idea of trying other ROMs, but I love how my phone is configured right now with ApeX 1.3.1 running Gingerbread theme and ADW EX, while running undervolted at 1GHz. NICE.

I'm back too. Feel a little dirty about it....flirting w/ other roms that is,lol.

Anyway I noticed on my phone that the overheating was coming from me Undervolting my phone. It appears that the processor wasn't getting enough juice, so i was actually making it work harder. Since I've put it back to stock voltage the OVERheating has gone. Sounds weird I know...but try it out. I haven't hit 100 F since.
