App Auto Update option

Today I came across the auto update option for apps on the N7.
I set it to auto update which probably was not wise as seems a bit frequent.
I now cannot find where the update options were/are to change it.
Help appreciated.

Do you mean the market apps? if that is what you mean just go to your play store, hit the menu button> select "My apps" find the app that is updating, open it and there should be a check box

Thanks for that. Just what I was trying to find again.
Actually it's a blanket checkbox for all apps. so I will
activate it perhaps weekly.

if proper function of any particular app is critical to you, might want to skip blanket updates before checking that app for a problematic update. Seems like I see an awful lot of comments in reviews about how the latest update has broken the app !!
