App or Setting to change Nexus 4 LED color? (speedtest results inside too)

Hello. I just received my nexus 4 in the mail today. I may or may not be a t-mobile employee. I live in Tampa. Heres a screenshot of some wifi and some hspa speeds all inside my house.

What I really want to know is how do i get this notification led to change color? Is there an app?

downloaded the one that costs money.. changed the color settings for some notifications but still showing purple. maybe i need to reboot?

Has any one had any issues with this app? I installed the free version to test it and the led blinks even after I've read a text for example and only blinks when the screen is locked.
