Apps disappeared

[Android Central Question]

My apps disappeared when my WiFi connected to a WiFi hotspot and a symbol appeared with the words (motto: What's yours is mine). I rebooted my phone and they were back but my concern is that someone might have glimpse my info. Is that possible?
