Apps menu stuck on computing and cant download from playstore

Everything in the apps menu is stuck on computing. It wont let me download from the playstore and seems to randomly shut off. I have an lg x power 2 which seems to not have a recovery mode so i cant delete the cache from there and it wont let me do it in settings. Pls help me

Guys it turn out my SD card was corrupt so if anyone is having a similar problem try taking out your SD card (if you have one)
