Apps that don't work on the Nexus 7

Is something wrong with me, because the Facebook timeline part of the app is not working for me. It's as if there are no styles...

Oh man! Can somebody verify this please??? I can't live without my Kindle app. That will be a huge disappointment for me if that's the case.

I'm sure Amazon will be working on an update to make it JB compatible but I need it NOW!

I sideloaded Amazon Mobile and from that was able to search for Angry Birds which gives you a link to download the Amazon App Store... Both work fine...

Vignette says it is not compatible. Google Shopper does as well, but I believe this has already been mentioned. Lapse It isn't working either.

I have no had a chance to try sideloading anything.

Mass Effect Infiltrator does not work! It says it is not supported when you try and install :(

Very disappointed in that fact...maybe they will fix the issue or even better come out with another Mass Effect game especially for Android Tablets!

Just got my N7 this afternoon and finding it hard to put down :p

Was able to get Mass Effect Infiltrator working some how. I pulled the APK from my phone and sideloaded it. The first time I started it, the game complained about country gate or something. The next time I started it, the game prompted me to download the additional data. Shortly after, title screen!

Dead Space downloaded and ran without issue

I have run into the same problem. Widgets and apps are "Not Compatible with this Device". I am sure its the developer who needs to update the app to support Jelly Bean.

Damn, wish I checked this thread before I bought Swiftkey for tablets.

I've only run into an issue with NBA Game Time, which isn't compatible. And waiting on the HBO Go and Amazon Video additions.

I thought I read that most apps will work on this because it's Jellybean. What happened?

Denise

Some are likely similar to the Amazon Mobile app... They work, but haven't been specifically identified in the Play Store as being compatible.

Besides, if there are 100 apps listed here that don't work, that only leaves 190,000-ish that probably do work.

NBC Olympics Live Extra still a no-go. They'd better fix it in the next week!
