are my text messages being high jacked?

im texting with a friend when they break conversation and say, do u realize your sending duplicate messages? after another it corrected on its own. i am curious to know if its always doing this and normally being sent else where. my T-Mobile account is under my employers business account.

I have been getting dupes and trips of the same message when someone sends me a text.Don't know why? I have Virgin Mobil and using a Galaxy Victory phone.Any answers? Also tried settings,but nothing to remedy this.

It happens, sometimes due to the phone, sometimes due to the carrier. It's not a sign of the phone being hijacked, a virus, or anything like that.
