Are Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra sPen nibs replaceable?

I was super surprised when I had to replace my Tab S7 nib. I ended up biting some cheap nibs off of Amazon and they worked better than the original .

I thought I lost the S Pen for my Tab S6 Lite. I found it after the replacement Samsung one from Amazon arrived and I used it for two weeks.
