Are there system logs stored after factory reset in Samsung S7?

I've got my S7 in safe mode all the time because of a volume down button being stuck. I want to make a claim in my insurance company, but I'm late (it's over 7 days). That's why I ask if there are any system logs kept after factory reset, so the insurance company could check when the "safe mode" was activated for the last time?
