Wow! What great options! I love the "Cloud" labeling, too. Very smooth of Samsung. Love all of those choices! I wish they'd be available across the board, too!

Bringing this back to the Pixel 5, looks like the green color will be "Sorta Sage". And the back of the phone will be mainly aluminum.

I'm gonna need to see the Sage color in person ... it could be really nice, but I was hoping for a "brighter" color ... a "happier" color. (I loved the Orange!) It would also be nice to have a white option. I would definitely also wait until the price comes down, probably Black Friday.

i HATE that they made it smaller, and downgraded the processor. Seems to be going backwards to me.

I think it is absurd that if I want a pure Google experience, I have to settle for a low to midrange phone to do so.

See for me, I don't mind the 765G Snapdragon chip, I have the Snapdragon 845 processor in my Pixel 3 XL, and there has never been one stuttering effect that I can notice. Like I said, as long as Google keeps the price down for the Pixel 5, people will buy it. The lack of a bigger screen I would have more of an issue with because I like the bigger screen, but whatever. I'm not planning on buying the Pixel 5. Still love my Pixel 3 XL, but if I were to buy the Pixel 5, that's the only slide issue I'd have to deal with...

Yep yep dude, touché! Have no problems with my Pixel 3 XL at all! I mean sure when I'm rapid firing taking pictures and the image processing kills my battery, I put into power save mode... That's the only thing I noticed, but other than that everything is fine about it.

well, right now, I have five payments left on my Pixel 3 XL from Verizon lol. I'm not sure how long I will stay on my Pixel 3 XL, but for now I will. I mean sure within the next year or so, there aren't any other pixels that will be coming out... Do I need the 6.4-in bigger screen? I mean I watched the majority of my media / YouTube on my TV via Roku so I suppose it doesn't matter anymore, but it would still be nice to have the bigger screen but I suppose it is what it is considering we won't be getting an XL variant this year. What about you though dude?

Me , I'm staying with pixel 4xl another year and see what's what , don't get me wrong i think pixel 5 be great phone for people but its not what I'm interested in ill wait see what next year brings .

Yeah dude I hear you! I mean don't get me wrong, the Pixel 5 does sound great to me! But there's nothing earth shattering about any smartphone these days anymore in my opinion! My Pixel 3 XL still looks and feels great and performs well! When the battery starts dying on me crazy fast, or something happens to it God forbid then I'll consider operating. The camera software will be the same minus the wide angle front selfie camera of course.

But that is unfortunately exactly the problem with this phone. They make all of these sacrifices, they get rid of soli, they continue on with only two cameras, they make the decision to only make one size phone instead of two so they are only having to produce one SKU, they dropped the processor to a mid-range to save on cost, they make the phone out of aluminum instead of glass, yet they still price the phone at $700 (according to reliable leaks). The Pixel 4, the smaller one, started at 800 last year with a flagship processor, more "premium" build quality and more hardware tech. The price of this phone makes absolutely no sense.

Im more hoping Google hid the XL so well no one even knew. Otherwise its a fail of a release tbh.
