The wireless charging is my main reason for updating, if I end up doing it. If the P3 is the same price as the P2, $650, add in the stand (guessing $59.99 here) and I have to lay out $700 so I don't have to plug a cable into the phone.

Well I'm going see what they give in a trade in for pix 2xl then pay the difference...but wireless charging is way more convenient for me , I don't know if you reduce battery life that way but I perfer that way . I have wireless chargers already at work,car, home

So I guess Google is dropping its color naming, "Really, Kinda" and introducing a Sand Pink. Black, White and Sand Pink. I would have liked to see them roll with something a bit more bold, like a Peacock blue.

I wasn't planning to, but the smaller pixel 3 is starting to change my mind. BUT this time I'm waiting few months to see what major issues are discovered. IE pixel 2xl blue screen shifting etc.

Based on my experience with the 2XL the blue shift was not an issue, at least not for me. Some may have been slifhtly worse than others but I looked at least 10 different ones early on and none of them were deal breakers. I also tried every OLED I could find in Verizon and all brands had color shift either red or green. LCDs had shift but they were a change in brightness.

The whole blue shift thing was exaggerated by the tech press. All oleds have colour shift, but Google got tarnished and everyone jumped on the bandwagon.
