Are you gonna buy a pixel or the 3 XL

No mention of the sensor details? Stereo recording? No 4k60fps or new slow motion options? Guess I'll have to wait for the MKBHDs and Super Safs of the world to fill in the blanks. Can't move forward until I know the answers to these questions.

Pixel 3 with 64GB and Pixel Care $978 dollars, SMH. This is the first time I did not preorder a google phone. I must be getting old or something. I was holding out hope, but looks like the iPhone Xr is where my dollars are going........

Pre ordered The Pixel 3 XL in the 64gb Unlocked model.

Got the care insurance too.

Don't have a FI account and I'm only buying 1 phone.

Guess I will have to wait and see how long it takes to get here.

I know I will not be home next monday or tuesday.
Will be at the Hospital.

I hear ya. I pre-ordered the P3 64GB without Pixel care. That $978 didn't feel right. And now rethinking a $799 base price isn't sitting well.

Isn't release date the 18th? You should be fine on Monday or Tuesday.

Also how is that Samsung of all people released phones with the most sensible pricing in the Galaxy S9 and S9+? I feel like $800 is a little too much for the base model seeing as how they could be using most of the same camera hardware from last year anyway. No mention of a new sensor used or anything like that. Same f/1.8 aperture. I don't know if I can get with that. If they have stereo recording probably but without that I'll get the V30 and throw on the Google camera mod for HDR+ an portrait mode.

It was a shocker to me also - BUT - I knew if I didn't get it I'd have wished I had. Once the phone is in your hands and you are enjoying it, the $$$s don't matter. That's my story and I intend to stick to it.

There's a lot of camera A.I. that won't carry over from the 3's mod once ported.

I would get the V40 if I were in your shoes. The V30 is a bargain but I didn't like the camera at all. Using the Pixel 2 camera mod was too clunky for me because of the dual cameras

Break it down.

If you take 999.00 and divide it by 12 its about 83.25 a month.

999.00 divided by 24 is 41.65 a month.

What do you blow yer money on or use more than your phone.

Its yer Decision.

KNow what I wanted to do.
