So far I am.

I had forgotten just how nice it was to have the physical buttons again.. On my g4 I had the bottom buttons set to hide, but even with that I still see more of the list of forums with my Active..

The camera takes some fine pictures and video and the battery is pretty awesome to without worrying about the phone dying, and it does charge fast.

Really liking it. First phone I have ever used without a case. My battery has been pretty decent but I was actually hoping for better considering the size of the battery. I like the physical buttons also. No more presses by mistake. I loved my Z3 with the exception of the camera. This really hits all the marks. Love the fact that the USB port is exposed also.

This is the first carrier branded phone I've owned in 2 years and the first Samsung phone I've owned since the Note II. I am pretty impressed with everything on it, reception, speed, camera, screen, and battery life.

This is the first phone I have owned in a long time that I actually like. I love the size of the phone, the battery, the screen, and all the rugged features. I'll never purchase a "wimpy" phone again.

Well I have only had mine about an hour and I already like it better then the S6 Edge I had 2 hours ago. ;)

And thanks for those helped confirm my feelings about making the jump.

Ditto here!

Very happy with it. Camera is great, battery life is fantastic, performance is snappy, and with the Leef Access I'll have the perfect solution to offload pics on am upcoming trip even if I'm away from my pc.

If I had to pick a gripe it would be that it's more slippery than the Nokias that I'm used to (despite the extras bumps on the Active's edges).

What is not to like.......

Waterproof, Great Screen, Great Battery, Qi Charging, Great Camera, Turbo Charging,........

The only gripe I have heard is about how it looks, okay person who has an iphone with an otterbox case on it.....really. Oh yes I should get the S6 and put a LifeProof case on it and have to charge it twice a day. Cman now, it looks like a rugged phone and that is what it is.

I'm very happy with mine

Go to s6 battery tips under search and there is a forum with step by step guide I used for my s6 edge and for this s6 active I have gotten 10 hours with my s6 edge of on screen time and with this active I got 15 hours. Now that is regular usage with maybe 30 minutes of video watching but I took a lot of pictures and emails Internet etc. I'm sure if I used WiFi and watched non stop videos I get maybe 8 to 10 hours. The main key is the screen is so good I put it on literally 10 to 15 percent brightness inside the house and about 30% outside

i like it other than touchwiz and price. a Z3 is near half the price right now with the same battery life, and decently matched specs.

This phone is amazing! I love everything about it! It looks and feels very premium.

What type of battery life were you looking for? I'm debating on dumping my Nexus 6 for this, but I'm really wanting some stellar battery life. I only seem to get about 3 hours or so of screen on time. I had the S6 but I was getting 2 hours max of screen on time, unless I just used it non stop. Then I'd maybe hit 3 or so.

Your either running max brightness or a ton of constantly checking social media apps... Or bad signal. If the active isn't getting you great battery I can promise you the Nexus won't be even close.

I don't have the Active. I have the Nexus 6 right now. I'm looking at getting the Active. I'm getting around 3 hours of SOT on the Nexus. I maxed out around 3 hours on the S6. If I can average 5 hours and never have to worry with the Active, I'm all in. That's the only thing I miss about the 6 Plus...

I get around 4 hours SOT max on my nexus 6 that's the best it has seen, but usually always make it through the day on it. On my S6 Active yesterday I ended up working late a lot of emailing and phone calls and at 12am last night that phone was at 13%, and 6 hours 21 minutes SOT. Really the S6 Active has the best stock battery on any phone I have owned in the past few years.

Nice! My only thing is, I sing want to have to shut this off, or that off. Ya know what I mean? I just want to use my phone and not have to worry about the need to charge it or if I can get to a charger in time. This may be what I need.

Ohhhh sorry I misunderstood you. I had a nexus and I was lucky to get 5hrs sot with a bunch of stuff disabled.
