OK, it's two months of owning this phone I am still impressed as much as day one. It's still the fastest phone I have ever used and the display still amazes me with it's quality. Just like with my Nexus 7, I love that I am not tied down to what I can add to it or sync to it and that I can run Firefox and flash on it.

I am using T-Mobile as my carrier and have yet to have a dropped call.

For as long as I've had this phone I'm satisfied with what the nexus line can do. Coming from a Nokia N8 is a big jump. I've never owned an android device or an iPhone. I miss the awesome camera from my previous device, and I really wished there was a sd card slot, however the pros far outweigh the cons.

My satisfaction for this phone will really kick in when we get that KLP update before everyone else. Never experienced having an update for a phone immediately when its available so that'll be cool.

Satisfied. My first Android phone. Battery life could be better and I do worry about the fragility of the glass back so it is probably a stepping stone to the next Nexus phone (likely to be made by Motorola?). The VFM cannot be disputed though.

I'm pretty darn happy with the phone.

Just a franco.Kernel tweak and it's all good.

The thing feels solid and substantial in my hand, great looks, love the performance. Quad Core and 2GB RAM for the price is unbeatable!!!

I really enjoy the unadulterated Android experience on a Nexus. :D

Very satisfied with it. I upgraded from a HTC Wildfire (without the S) though so anything at this point is amazing. :p Haven't had any issues yet, so hopefully I won't any time soon! I feel battery life is rather meh but probably satisfactory for my use. I'm rarely away from a charger long enough to worry about it.

Been using a generic gel rubber case since day one, but love having it off when I'm home. It feels amazing naked.

Extremely satisfied. In India and using this in a land that Google just ignores.

Just love it.

it's a great phone..i upgraded from iphone 4..i wanted to try android phone and found nexus 4 is the best android phone..almost fluid like the iphone

I absolutely love that with Nova Launcher on both my Nexii (7 and 4), i can have roughly the same interface, home screens, widgets & shortcuts, apps.

The Nexus 4 makes my Amaze seem like a 1999 PocketPC. Fast, smooth, efficacious.

With a Poetic Palette back cover, there is ZERO branding or logo crap visible. Black on black. VERY cool. (Read PATTERN RECOGNITION, anyone?) Didn't think I'd appreciate it as much as I do.

Best cell phone VFM around imho.

Im loving it . even tho I'm coming from S3 , I love this phone . design ,looks ,feels perfect. And no bloatware and no extra battery drain .

I have no plan jumping to S4 or HTC one

Samsung with apple way . nothing really major in s4. I think they should have just called s3s. Anyway still s4 is a great phone just not my type nor HTC one . waiting for next nexus now

I keep on hearing about how good Franco kernel is, is I really worth restoring my phone and flashing this kernel?

The same for me. I just got my Nexus yesterday and I am still trying to configure it. The apps all look the same coming from Thunderbolt but Jelly Bean is quite different, still learning. I am very pleased with it so far. I like the way you can set your data thresh-hold. I use Wi Fi most of the time at home so I never did use a lot of data. I also changed carriers to PTel and wow, what a refreshing change from Verizon and you can't beat the price, $40 and no sales tax.:D

Platinumtel haha I had them a while ago in Chicago and it was horrible not to mention they didn't even have 4g none the less the web period. Hows the service now?

I'd say I'm pretty satisfied with the phone. Though still my only complaint is bad signal reception which has to mean bad antenna design or location. I was getting better signal with my galaxy S2 skyrocket before this. And that's even using the same AT&T 3G before my area got LTE.

My N4 is the smoothest phone I've ever owned. However, since I'm coming from an HTC One S, I'm not so pleased with the camera for indoor and lower light pics.

Are you on the stock Google ROM? If so, you shouldn't need to reflash the ROM and start from scratch. The kernel was designed for the stock ROM if I've read correctly. Conflicts could arise in conjunction with other ROMs though. That would require a kernel flash followed by a ROM flash to keep things tidy...

Maybe head over to XDA and check the developer's threads to be sure though. I'm new to this on Android and might have my wires crossed...

Or play it safe and start from scratch if you like. Nothing beats a clean install. :)

Bottom line: I think it is definitely a worthwhile project to put franco.Kernel on your Nexus 4. Check out the franco.Kernel Updater @ Google Play. Worth the $5, IMHO.

So so, I love the hardware but not an Android fan at all. Coming from iOS, i find it needlessly complicated.

No it's just different, I use iOS on my iPhone 5 and android on N4, you just have to get used the fact that Android does some things differently.

I used to run AOKP but now I'm on the stock ROM, so it will be all fine? I'll check the developers thread though just in case.

No? There was no yes or no answer, it was my opinion. I prefer iOS and will be going back when the 5s is released. The n4 was just a stop gap for me and to see what android was like. There are some nice additions but its not for me.

Ok, no need to be so rude about.
I also like iOS but Android grew on me and I simply replied to your post with MY opinion/suggestion.

For e record I too will be picking up the iPhone 5S and Nexus 5.
