ASUS ZenFone2 heating problems help me!!!!!!!

Dear All, My ZenFone2 4GB has serious heating issues. I used CPU thermometer app from play store.

Hi Farid, welcome to the forums! Check in your battery stats if an app is taking an unusual high percentage. Maybe there's some app going wild.

How to do it.

Can you give the range of your ZenFone2 using the same app CPU thermometer from play store.

Note mine is ZenFone2 4GB with 2.3 Ghz

We recommend following troubleshooting methods in ZenUI app called ASUS Support under Apps>ASUS Support>Assistance>System>Device Overheat. If the issue cannot be resolved then possibly there is a hardware issue and may need to be sent in for warranty repair.
