AT&T Note 9 Not Updating

Well, I downloaded Smart Switch on my computer, and hooked my phone to it, and I am told my updates are up-to-date. I even tried to go into Samsung Keis, but that was also of no help. I am at a loss as to what do to.

I contacted Samsung and had them use Smart Tudor. They went into the system and saw the same problems I have been having. They then went into AT&T webpage to learn AT&T is having trouble sending out updates. This was not on their web page earlier today or in days pass. I guess I will have to wait. I'm still concerned as I have not gotten updated security patches.
