I am a Verizon customer and would love to switch, but, a csr from AT&T said my droid Lte phone won't work. Any truth to this?

I can't seem to figure out if this includes new customers with existing 15GB of data as well....

It is for new and existing customers ... You just have to call them about it and tell them you want to double the data for free.

My understanding is that on some phones it will work but you will not get LTE speeds.

I updated my original post. AT&T is now continuing this promotion for 2 more weeks from October 31st.

AT&T upping data available on $40 and $70 plans | Android Central
