AT&T Preorder?

I did a live chat to ask about moving my upgrade eligibility up a month. They referred me to general customer care, despite me being a premier customer. Worked out nicely. They pushed it up no problem. Black, they had no idea on, so I just went with the silver. I asked about the media link, they said no dice, online order only. For some reason my rep thought they didn't have any 32gb stock....and asked his manager (without me asking) and said he could sub the 64 gb. Figured it was worth it even without the media link if they are going to let me get that :P. Even got the order confirmation email to prove it.

tldr; Called general customer support, ordered the phone no problem, but you won't get the media link.
 
I was able to add a Line, select the the 64GB silver, add medialink. All on premier. No problems.

I finally got this thing pre-ordered. I tried all day while I was at work to do it online, but just like everyone else on premiere, no dice. I got home and called sales, and they did it for me. It was actually pretty scary how simple it was. I kept making the rep repeat to me "This is the HTC One, not the One X or the One X+ right?" And she kept responding yes, it's the One, and it's silver.. 32GB.

Weird though, they tried to charge me $299 for the 32GB Silver.. then I told them that it's $199 online and etc etc and they happily went down, also waived the upgrade fee which was nice. Didn't get the Wireless media link thing though, but the only reason I wanted to order with ATT was the earlier ship date.

Speaking of which, she told me it would ship in 2-4 business days and it's overnight shipping. I'm not sure I can believe it.. but I'll hope.

So yeah. Definitely call the sales department if anyone is having trouble.

They worked for me, man. It wasn't even difficult. My upgrade just became eligible on the 1st, I asked about the HTC one pre-order and she just did it right there. Within 10 minutes I had it ordered with a tracking number.

I got a rep named Isabel. Ask for her. Hahaha.
 
I think some of you guys need to clear your browser cache and cookies or switch to another browser to order. I started with firefox but had a pay my bill and when I wanted to order it only gave me the full unsubsidized price. So I switched over to Chrome and went to the same site att.com/htcone and was able to order easy as pie.

Now see I was using Chrome & CS had me try ordering using IE, still no go
 
IF you go to their site now the HTC One shows up now on premier store. AND if this has already been stated...disregard!!!

HOT DAMN..finally got mine ordered!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Finally got my Premiere order to go through about 7pm! But the media link charge was NOT taken off at checkout- I guess I'll call tomorrow.
 
I was able to order the 64GB and Media Link through Premi?re and the charge was taking off at the end for the Media Link!
 
I tried preordering mine premier/full retail price but it won't let me since I'm eligible for an upgrade. I don't want to upgrade but it won't give me the option for full price soooo Dev edition will be ordered in a couple hours!

Edit: I mean, I'll order it only if it comes in Black.
 
Looks like the Dev edition is out for pre order today in a few hours, anyone grabbing one of them?

I got that too. Are you switching from an iPhone? I had to drop my current iPhone data plan and add a "smartphone" data plan before it would let me continue. I'm on a shared data plan and the iPhone and Smartphone plans were both $40. I didn't realize that the iPhone had its own data plan category.
