AT&T S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

They've been using UPS.

Every time I've ordered a phone through AT&T over the past few years, it has always come from FedEx. I live in California so I'm not sure if it's a regional thing or not?

It may very well be regional. I'm in Michigan. I've gotten maybe two FEDEX phone shipments, but I don't think they were Samsungs. My samsungs always come UPS, from Fort Worth, TX.

It must be then, because I've ordered every S and Note phone since the 8 series and they have all come via FedEx.

I changed the delivery address....having my phone sent to my job. I won't be home on Thursday and there will nobody else at the house to wait for it.

Okay guys, i can help people without mychoice (i cant get it because it thinks i live in a commercial address, i dont.) It seems att is going to mail the package to a nearby UPS facility, (in my case its being mailed to a ups facility in pennsylvania.)
To get this information, and set up notifications for any movement with ups and usps, i went onto the UPS website, i went through the tracking portion and did "track by reference". I typed in my 7 digit phone number, it did not work with area, just seven ... ex : XXX-XXXX , and it came right up!

So dumb question - UPS MyChoice is showing delivery for 3/7, wondering what the chancess are it gets bumped up to 3/6. Otherwise if I change delivery option to pick up at hub would I be able to pick it up the morning of 3/7 vs waiting for the drive to arrive at 5 pm (their usual time).

1TB version now says preparing to ship. Still expected on the 7th.

See I cancelled my 2 128gb prism white with TMobile from Feb 22nd TMobile wasnt upfront with me about down payment or anything all and decided to preorder the

2 Att Ceramic white 512gb versions because they were much cheaper buy one get one free why not att told me if u preorder doesn't matter when u pre-order everyone should get it on launch day if you ordered store pickup not sure about delivery

How do you get tracking info from ups if att hasnt sent it to you.

About a half hour ago I got an email from AT&T with a UPS tracking number. Went onto my UPS My Choice account, phone is scheduled to be delivered between 9:45 AM and 12:45 PM on Thursday. Being shipped from Dallas, 2-day air.

Same here. Got a tracking number. Sent via UPS 2nd Day Air. To be delivered 3/7.

You get it from UPS. Sign up for UPS MyChoice, and download the UPS app. You'll get notified of incoming packages. I got my UPS notification yesterday. AT&T just notified me today.

Mine shipped as well. Surprising it's FedEx. Overnight delivery says tomorrow 03/06. Not to shabby. See if it holds up but FedEx has the package already so chances are good.

Those getting notifications that it's coming by FedEx. Are the notifications from ATT?
Also, those getting notifications from either one (ATT FedEx UPS)...when did you pre order?

I ordered on the 24th. On ATT my order still says: Estimated ship date: March 7, 2019.
And no notifications have been received.

I got a email from both ATT and FedEx. I have actual tracking info from FedEx. I ordered S10 plus ceramic black 512. Ordered 03/03. Says delivery tomorrow by 8pm but I wouldnt be surprised if that changes.

I just got an email as well saying that it's been shipped. FedEx tracking shows it should be here tomorrow! Stoked it's going to be here a couple days early, not that it makes much of a difference overall. Ordered a few cases today and they will be here Thursday so I may just leave it until Thursday night to make a daily. I've ran my last few phones naked and had things like the camera glass etc break and I'd best about that this go around
